The Iron Man 70.3 Staffordshire takes in the quaint countryside and castles in the Midlands and passes through East Staffordshire.

This first-timer friendly course traverses England’s stunning West Midlands countryside, consists of a reservoir swim, meandering bike course, and finish in Stafford’s Market Square, athletes will take true advantage of the region’s beauty.

The one-loop 1.2 mile (1.9 km) swim course at Chasewater.

The one-loop 56 mile (90 km) bike course meanders through the heart of the East Staffordshire countryside, including Yoxall, Marchington and the Blithfield Reservoir area and then onto Cannock Chase area.

The two and half-loop 13.1 mile (21.1 km) run course takes athletes alongside the River Sow, into the Stafford town centre and towards Stafford Castle. Family and friends will be able to see their athletes multiple times before heading to the finish line.
