Weaver Hills Fell Race returns for the third year!

Those taking part be exploring a beautiful, but lesser known part of East Staffordshire. The course is 3.6km (2.25-miles) long, with a 201m climb (660-feet).

Starting from Shawcroft Farm at Wootton, thanks to Henry and the team at Dalton’s Dairy, this short but perfectly formed race is certainly going to be an exhilarating Friday night out!

In addition to the main senior race there will be junior U17 and U15 races over the same route, and an U13 race on a shorter (but still challenging) route.

Daltons Dairy, Shawcroft Farm Wootton, Ashbourne, DE6 2GW

Parking:

This will be at Shawcroft Farm. There will be a nominal charge payable in cash on the day,  which will go to support the Dalton Dairy Charities. Please DO NOT park on the roadside in the village.

Refreshments:

There will be no water on the course. Water will be available at the finish but the event is “cup free” so please bring your own drinking vessel. ​

The Daltons Dairy Honesty Shop will be open (as it is every day). We encourage you to partake in their delicious ice cream and/or other goodies in appreciation of Henry and the Daltons team allowing us to use the venue.  We also hope their new “Coffee Hatch” will be open, serving hot drinks and cake.
