The stylish, innovative and elegant Hilton has dining options that are designed with you in mind.

Dining in the restaurant at St. George’s Park is a unique experience and open to the public. Beautifully designed and decorated in warm tones with superb lighting; you will receive a friendly and warm welcome. From business brunches to pre-dinner drinks and everything in between, the options at Hilton are catered especially for you.

The Restaurant

With spectacular views across the Staffordshire countryside the modern, yet elegant restaurant can cater for up to 130 diners in one sitting. With flexible dining arrangements and a choice of fine English dishes, restaurant guests will enjoy fresh imaginative combinations, a wide choice of complementing wines and comforting desserts.

Lunchtime service with a hot buffet is available for meeting guests whilst al a carte and table d’hote menus are provided in the evening for individuals and groups alike.

Breakfast:
Monday through Friday, 6.00am – 10.00am
Saturday and Sunday, 7.00am – 11.00am

Lunch: Pre-booked groups only.
Alternative dining arrangements are available in the Crossbar.

Dinner:
Monday through Saturday, 6.30pm – 10.00pm
Sunday, 6.30pm – 9:00pm

 

The Crossbar and Lounge

Enjoy drinks, a modern day afternoon tea or a gourmet coffee in this relaxed venue. The perfect place to join friends or colleagues for a light lunch, the menu features local favourites alongside classic British dishes. To accompany, choose from a wide range of beers, wines and minerals, or opt for one of our imaginative cocktails.
