SUBMIT YOUR EVENT FOR APPROVAL
You can submit your event to be featured on the Discover East Staffordshire website for FREE!
To submit your event, please complete the form below giving as much information as possible, including a high quality landscape photograph that best showcases your event.
Please read the following information in its entirety:
- The review process may take up to 72hrs to complete.
- Events will not be accepted without good quality landscape photograph, (2mb maximum file size and between 500px – 1500px width and height).
Please note: Only listings with photographs will be accepted, digital images, poster, flyers or photographs with any text on them will result in a listing being declined.
Please provide a short title, and a short description of your event. Please note these may be edited.
To resize your photo in less than 30 seconds see below
- Image file type must be a JPG or PNG.
- Images with text overlay will not be approved (poster & flyers will not be approved).
- All descriptions must be written in third person. Suitable events with descriptions not in third person will be edited.
- Submissions are final, you will not be able to amend your submission, so please ensure it’s correct before you submit.
To resize you photo in six easy steps:
- Open your photo on your desktop
- Click the three dots in the top right hand corner
- Choose the ‘resize’ option from the drop down list
- Click ‘choose custom dimensions’
- Change the width to 1080 (you must use a landscape image)
- Click save resized copy & rename your photograph
Listings will not be approved unless this form is completed in its entirety and fulfil the criteria set above. There is no guarantee that your listing will be featured on our social media channels.
