The Spread Eagle was established in the 16th Century. Situated on the main bridge at Rolleston on Dove, the building has been used as a schoolhouse and a venue for local courts. The country pub offers menus full of hearty favourites and country pub classics, as well as seasonal spring dishes, with a well-stocked bar, including cask ales, fine wines and British gin to suit very taste – which will taste all the better when enjoyed either in our beautiful gardens or by our crackling log fires.
