On arrival, guests are welcomed via an attractive porch into a grand reception hall featuring original timber panelling, setting the tone for a comfortable and atmospheric stay.
The property includes a generous drawing room with an open fireplace, a formal dining room, and an additional sitting room, providing plenty of space for large groups to relax and socialise. The traditional farmhouse kitchen sits conveniently beside the dining room and is equipped with a large range cooker, making it ideal for catering for group stays and shared meals. The dining room comfortably seats 18–20 guests around a large table, perfect for family gatherings and special occasions.
Upstairs, the property features a spacious principal bedroom/bridal suite with en-suite bathroom and far-reaching views across the Estate. There are a further seven bedrooms on the first floor (including two en-suite), along with additional bathrooms, plus a convenient ground floor bathroom. Seven of the eight bedrooms are versatile doubles, configurable as either super king, king-size, or twin rooms, offering flexible accommodation for groups. The eighth bedroom is a comfortable single.

The Estate also offers simulated game (clay) days, using a range of drives across the rolling Staffordshire landscape. These sessions are designed for both groups looking for an enjoyable rural sporting activity and experienced participants wishing to maintain their skills outside the traditional season.
