Sharing stories of Sinai House – Trent Valley Past and Present

With a rich & varied history, dating back to the 1200s, this prominent Grade II listed building, set at the site of a chalybeate (iron-bearing) spring above the Trent Valley, has many tales to tell. The location of Sinai Park House was vital for Romans, Medieval monks, English Civil War armies, and English aristocracy. Do you have a personal connection to this special location?

You’re invited to join a small group to record your encounters and adventures, however big or small, as you feel comfortable. Refreshments will be provided.

Trent Valley Past & Present is a two-year project, funded by the National Lottery Heritage fund, engaging communities and landowners to help them explore best practice methods to ensure that our natural and historic environments are protected for the future.
