Sinai Park House: Ghost Walks, Legends of the Holy Grail, and More

Sinai Park House is steeped in mystery, legend, and supernatural activity. For over 15 years, ghost walks and ghost hunts have taken place at this atmospheric site. However, it was during the 2021 airing of Help! My House is Haunted that a startling revelation came to light: a local historian claimed that the Knights Templar may have hidden the Holy Grail and the Ark of the Covenant beneath the house.

In the 19th century, explorers attempted to access tunnels beneath Sinai Park House, believed to be part of ancient mining networks and a vast cavern linked to these relics. However, their efforts were thwarted by toxic fumes rising from below. Some believe these tunnels were later used for smuggling illegal contraband, possibly by criminal groups like the Peaky Blinders, due to the site’s proximity to major canal routes.

Sinai Park House’s history stretches back over 2,000 years. In the garden, a plunge pool is thought to have been used by the Druids, and a tree once served as a notorious witch-hanging site.

The house is said to be home to over 168 spirits, including monks, witches, demons, and the famous White Lady — encountered by paranormal experts David Wells (Most Haunted) and Ian Lawman (Help! My House is Haunted).

Booking Information

• Tickets are limited to just 20 places per event, so early booking is recommended.

• In the rare event of a cancellation due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

• Events take place outdoors, mainly on grass, and involve navigating a small hill. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing.

• Limited parking is available at the venue.
