On Sunday 8 November the National Memorial Arboretum will be joining the rest of the country in remembering those who have served and sacrificed, during the annual Remembrance Sunday Service.

The Service is free to attend and will take place at the base of the Armed Forces Memorial. The Service will also be relayed on a large screen in Heroes’ Square.

The Arboretum will be open from 8am to welcome visitors to the grounds.

Please note the Armed Forces Memorial will be closed until after the Service of Remembrance concludes.

Parking

It will be a very busy day at the Arboretum, as thousands of people gather to pay their respects at the nation’s year-round place to remember.
It is strongly recommended that you book your car parking space in advance to guarantee entry ahead of the Remembrance Sunday Service, as only limited parking spaces are available and may become fully booked.

Everyone with a pre-booked parking space for the 8am to 10am slots will be admitted entry to the Arboretum grounds in time for the service to begin. Please have your parking ticket confirmation to hand upon arrival in our car park to ensure you have the swiftest arrival experience.
