The Stick Man Easter Family Activities 14 – 18 April 2025

Spring into life this Easter with seasonal family activities, walks and trails at the National Memorial Arboretum.

With something for all ages, explore Stick Man themed activities from arts and crafts to outdoor trails in our spring woodland.

Stick Man* Outdoor Trail

Featuring five wooden character carvings to find along the way, as well as a large-scale Stick Man sculpture, there is plenty to spot along this mile-long route.

You can pick up your free copy of the self-led trail from the Welcome Desk.

It is recommended that families wishing to try the trail wear appropriate footwear and clothing.

 

The Stick Man Indoor Screenings   14 – 18 April 2025

Gather together for a screening of the animated adaptation of Julia Donaldson’s classic The Stick Man, played throughout the day in the Remembrance Centre.

Give your little ones a picnic experience, without needing to pack and carry lunch around, by picking up a healthy children’s picnic packs from the restaurant. They’ll also have the fun of choosing the items themselves, as well as puzzles to complete on the picnic bags.

Outdoor Play Areas

The Children’s Sensory Play Garden can be found near to the Remembrance Centre. A second children’s play area, with a picnic area, is near to the Children’s Wood.
