East Staffordshire Borough Council has today announced an all new fund to help support attractions and event organisers to develop more activities to help entice visitors to the Borough.
The Tourism Development Fund is open to bids of up to £3,000 to help support new projects, events, services or marketing campaigns which will help attract more visitors to East Staffordshire.
Cllr Paul Walker, Cabinet Member for Tourism and Cultural Development, said: “The Tourism Development Fund is just one of many steps the Council is taking to increase the Borough’s tourism. I hope that all eligible organisations apply for the fund and take full advantage of the support available.”
