Join English Tourism Week 2026 — Right Here in East Staffordshire

13–22 March 2026

We’re inviting businesses, attractions, organisations, and community groups across East Staffordshire to take part in English Tourism Week 2026, under the year’s inspiring theme: “Local Stories, National Growth – Celebrate English Tourism.” It’s a chance to shine a light on what makes our corner of England so special — and to show how local experiences contribute to the success of the national visitor economy.

Why East Staffordshire Should Be Front and Centre

From Burton’s brewing legacy to scenic countryside and top-tier attractions, East Staffordshire is packed with stories to tell:

  • Uttoxeter Racecourse — host to over 25 race days annually, drawing crowds and energy to the region.

  • The National Forest — one of the country’s boldest environmental regeneration projects, spanning woodlands, walking trails, and outdoor adventures across East Staffordshire and beyond.
  • Hoar Cross Hall Spa & Resort — a luxury spa destination that attracts guests seeking rest and rejuvenation.

  • National Forest Adventure Farm — family-friendly and hands-on, it’s a standout for local visitor appeal.

  • Branston Water Park — a beautiful nature reserve offering walking paths, wildflower meadows, and lakeside tranquillity.

  • Stapenhill Gardens — a riverside public garden in Burton, perfect for spring strolls and photo opportunities.

  • Diverse experiences — from llama trekking and bushcraft adventures to local dining and artisan producers.

These attractions, combined with our local shops, eateries, accommodation providers, and countryside walks, make a powerful story — and during English Tourism Week, we can celebrate it together.
